We let ourselves be pampered here today with smoked duck breast and corn-fed chicken as well as sweet and sour pumpkin and Pomeranian beef. Exquisite. Excellent service, a good Rioja on recommendation and espresso to cut. We look forward to the next time.

Great food, service very attentive but not intrusive

We had a great wedding dinner. Everything was perfect, very tasty, the timing was perfect, the service very friendly and attentive. Overall, highly recommended.

It was lovely, the service was great and very nice, and the food was delicious. I can only recommend it. We had a great day with a great view.

Was really tasty

Super friendly and cheerful staff, very tasty food. We recommend! At first we had to wait until we could sit by the window. As a small compensation there was a delicious greeting from the kitchen and a champagne.

We were there last night. Very, very nice service employee welcomed us and accompanied us to the table. The service was excellent all evening. The food was really a pleasure, really thumbs up and compliments to the kitchen. We will come back again :) we are happy to take the 1 1/2 hour drive into account.

Nice location with a beautiful view. It was my second visit and definitely the last. Even the first time, the food was a disappointment. That was confirmed today. Bland and carelessly arranged. Price and performance are out of proportion. What a shame.

Some time ago we were dining up at the Kaiser’s restaurant. The dishes were very, very tasty, only the service probably still needs one or the other training. The location is 1A and there is a great view!

We had dinner in this restaurant today to celebrate our anniversary, unfortunately the celebration would not really turn out. The staff is super friendly but the price-performance ratio is bad because if you only have around 10 main courses on the menu you should have them full on it, but unfortunately our Argentine rump steak was English instead of medium the other steak was good but not outstanding either. If you order a drink you should bring about 5 minutes with you and then it will come at some point and then it's not even real cola but just like mc donalds a syrup that is mixed with water. The restaurant was not so well attended that you could say it would not be feasible to serve all guests well. I also reserved a window seat a week ago and got one in the middle of the room, although there were still window seats available, so that didn't work either. The only really nice thing is the view, but you can also enjoy it for free. So I can't recommend it. LG Marvin

Very nice view / ambience. The Aperol Spritz was delicious. Unfortunately, the portions (lunch recommendations) are not justified for the price of the size.

UNIQUE!! After eating several times in the panorama restaurant and always having positive impressions, we decided to celebrate our civil wedding (beginning of August 2020) with 30 people in the Wilhelm Restaurant. From the beginning of the planning, through the very friendly contact with the boss and the ultimately super unique food, we were very much! satisfied, don't regret this decision and would always choose the panorama restaurant !! Not only we but also all of our discerning guests were extremely satisfied. The staff, the decor, the food and the value for money were just 100% perfect. - The view has put the icing on the cake again. Thank you again !!!

very bad restaurant service has no training. Wine of 3 euros costs 90 euros. ice is very bad it had already melted for 3 quarters. bothered by bees had no solution at all thought by the manager. Received annoyingly today and refused because we form 6 people and 2 small children together. I think they do not feel like foreigners who spend on average more than their normal guests every 1 beer has and that is already. I also said that we can wait but that was not possible with this review what you deserve and I hope that after the corona story you go completely broke and fall on your face so that at least one change comes so that hospitality is at number 1 at all times, which is normal boj these types of companies! (edit - on previous visit to 110 euros I gave 20 euros tip because next time I wanted something different to be treated but this is the result) a waste of money. If you want to drink a beer with a view you should definitely do beautiful view for number of hours for 2 beer is good. they can't serve more than that anyway.

Nice view ... that's why we wanted to eat there. Despite very steep prices. Which is justified in terms of quality. But at first we couldn't find the entrance to the restaurant because it is not clearly visible. We had read the visitor center several times. That it is not the same entrance. And then there was only cake or waffles, since the kitchen had lunch break. And that on a Sunday afternoon. The service was very friendly and apologized several times. But it's just not recommended.

Very nice restaurant, inside, delicious food, great view, very nice service. Outside very sober, no table decorations, no seat cushions on the hard chairs. The food was very good but too expensive. So you can't do a pity more often.

The foods were acceptable but the service was too poor. Just right after we finished our coffee the staff came cleaning up our table just like pushing us away which was very rude.

Ambitious, but falling short of expectations. The menu is certainly unusual, with hardly a disk including French fries, for example (although they are available as substitution). Also, the location is quite special, with excellent views of the Porta Westfalica and the Northern German plains. But service is a bit sluggish (we were there at six on a Wednesday, and the place wasn't exactly crowded). And the food is just not that special - three of us had beef with chanterelle mushrooms, and we pretty much agreed the whole thing was just oversalted. Lamb schnitzel, on the other hand, was quite good, but also a tad salty.

The view is great, the ambience too. Unfortunately, the quality of the service and food do not fit. The requested prices are accordingly due to the exposed situation and the outlook. I had beef fillet with chanterelles and spaetzle (see picture) The meat was tough, too much sauce swirled and a piece had a tendon attachment. The food was just warm and not hot. Think of the chips, the tomatoes and the crema balsámico and it looks like the lunch of a good canteen ... Mind you: fillet of beef for 29.90. The Merlot was very good. The service was a bit bitchy, arrogant and had to be asked for reorders again and again. When paying by credit card had to be additionally signed for PIN entry ... without words. Conclusion: to drink coffee and enjoy the view, good food and good party goes elsewhere better.

Disappointing. The word 'restaurant' is misleading, as it was only serving a very limited selection of cakes when we went at 1:30pm, which tasted nothing special. In addition, we had to wait about 20 mins to receive a slice of it.The beer was awful, which was surprising for a German restaurant, and the service matched the beer, with a short-tempered and unprofessional young lady serving us. The panorama is very nice though, and the design of the restaurant is tasteful. Kaisar Wilhelm would have been saddened however, that his name is associated with a place where the chef appeared to be on strike.

Horribly service by the waitress. Everyone was wait g for food. They can’t handle their customers. Excellent views and location of course!

Delicious food and great views!

This restaurant is not managed professionally. The opening hours advertised online do not apply. In fact, the restaurant closes at 4.30 pm in order to prepare it for the evening. I had looked up the opening hours on the restaurant's website to have coffee with my family and was extremely disappointed to see that they would close 5 minutes after our arrival.
